Free, Pro and the subscription
The free app runs a small site completely. Pro is for a bigger site, or for an owner who wants backups to roll back to and an Excel copy of the book.
Free
Letnook is free for up to 25 spaces: the plan, charges, readings, bills, payment codes, slip reading, arrears, move-outs, documents, iCloud sync and the one-file backup.
Pro adds
- As many spaces as you let, beyond 25.
- Versioned iCloud backups you can roll back to — automatic, with 10 restore points.
- Excel workbooks for your accountant.
Buying and cancelling
Open Settings → Pro → Upgrade to Pro, or reach Pro when you add a space beyond the free limit, back up or export. It is a subscription, monthly or yearly; the App Store shows the price for your country. Apple handles the purchase and renewal, and you can cancel any time in your App Store settings.
On a new device, use Settings → Pro → Restore purchases.
