What the export is for
Export after closing a period or whenever you need a portable record. It gives you the spot roster, charges, collection state, closed-period history, settlement references and past occupants in a workbook.
A useful reconciliation
- Compare each spot's due amount with the amount that arrived.
- Check carried balances against your bank statement.
- Filter by spot type, period or payment status for a site-level report.
- Keep the exported file with the period's own records.
